ok first extract it but you need new java you can get at java.com and you need winrar you can click the link on portal. after you open winrar, search through the files till you find client. once you fins the client in your files open it up scroll down and find run. then double click it.

ye but it still ant working after new java all clients like that dont work only webclients like silab but mopar client works downloaded 1
